Being affiliated with the Lifesaving Society, we are able to award badges, certificates and progress reports at the end of lessons through the Lifesaving Society’s Swim-for-Life Program.

Instructor Satisfaction Guarantee
We want our clients to be 100% happy with your swimming lessons and the swimming instructor you are connected with. If you are not happy after your first lesson, please contact our management team ASAP to discuss alternative options.
Rescheduling
We offer a 72-hour rescheduling policy due to any last minute scheduling conflicts (Any notice less than 72 hours will result in a loss of that lesson, excluding emergency situations).
Weather Cancellations
Weather will be cancelled due to thunderstorms and lightening only (it is okay to proceed with lessons when it is only raining). It is at the instructor’s discretion to cancel any lesson due to weather. A judgement call will be made 1 hour before the lesson and the instructor will contact you directly to confirm if the lesson is to be cancelled.

SunBright Aquatics’ Instructors and Lifeguards are fully insured.
