10 x 30 Minute Lessons | Ages: 6 months – 3 years

Gives children a head start on learning to swim. Allows them to become comfortable in the water while having fun developing a foundation of water skills. The sooner children start in the water, the faster they will learn simple water safety techniques and grow to feel safer in the water.

10 x 30 Minute Lessons | Ages: 3 – 5

Learn to swim through the progression of six different levels to give children a platform to grow and develop their swimming abilities. These levels are used to develop children’s swimming capabilities by strengthening their strokes and under-water skills, while teaching water safety. We incorporate Lifesaving Society Water Smart education in all Swimmer levels

8 x 45 Minute Lessons | Ages: 5 – 15

Rookie, Ranger & Star Patrol is the onramp to Lifesaving. They continue to develop students swim strokes and provide the lifesaving skill foundation that prepares them for success in the Bronze medal awards.

6 x 60 Minute Lessons | Ages: 5 – 15

This is for adults just starting out or previous swimmers looking to improve their technique, develop water confidence and smooth recognizable strokes for fitness swimming.
